One Reo link Rep gave me their 800 number telling me they were available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so I called, and their message tells you they are not available and to go to their website and access troubleshooting or send an email. All they want to do is email, which takes 24 hours for a response, and this could go on for days pending resolution of your issue. I emailed Reolink to set up a phone call which they agreed to do, however, they are only available after 8:00 PM at night, making it very difficult to establish any real verbal communication with them at convenient hours. As of today, 3 days after installing the replacement camera with new SIM card, it is not working and will not connect. I installed the new SIM card in the camera that was already on site but could not get it to connect, so I brought it back with hopes of speaking with Reolink to troubleshoot. I installed the new replacement camera and set it up and it was working fine, albeit working only on the slowest data stream. I purchased 2 new SIM cards from EIOT to start over to eliminate any SIM card issues with the non-working camera.

On 8/21, I went to the site to retrieve the non-working camera and install the new one they sent. Then 2 weeks ago the camera that was working just stopped connecting, would not work at all. The other camera we could never get to work, so Reolink replaced it and sent a new one, their recommendation after trouble shooting. One Camera worked although it would only connect on the slowest setting and would constantly disconnect and reconnect to the network. Purchased the 3 in1 SIM card from EIOTClub at their recommendation for data and network compatibility. Installed them at my remote construction site because they advertised for their compatibility with T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon and cellular powered.
